Your account details, such as your name and email address. The student identifiers your course platform sends us when a student opens a lab. Lab usage, such as session start and end times and step check results. Basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser.
We use this data to run labs, show you your students' progress, bill for usage, keep the service secure and reply when you write to us.
Each lab environment is deleted when the session ends, together with any files the student created in it.
We don't sell personal data. Service providers for hosting, payments and email process data on our behalf under contract.
You can ask us to send you, correct or delete your personal data by writing to hello@labfire.dev.
